I recently purchased a L.A Sleeve Big bore 240 kit for my 1994 KDX200. Iam going have the cylinder sleeved and the kit put in this winter. My question is will I have to re-jet for the bigger piston or will jetting pretty much remain the same or will I have to re-jet and if so what direction would I go, richer. Iam hoping to get a better low end. Iam trying to go the route of the 220. Thanks alot.

believe it or not the jetting won't change drastically, I'll check my jetting but I'm thinking it's not far from stock. If you want low end you'll have no regrets with the 240 kit, it's great :)

Those of you with 240 kits might want to have a look on ebay. There was a 240 piston kit with gaskets listed there earlier in the week. Could be a deal to be had?

I had saw that earlier, but the bid was up over what I was willing to pay right now, just looked and it appears to be gone?
Thanks for the heads up though.
