will the fork tubes off a kx 125/250 slide into the triple's or are they differnt mm sizes and would the stock kdx wheel and brake caliper work? thanks in advance

The forks from a KX will not slide into the triple clamps of a KDX. You can however replace the triple clamps with those that match the forks. It is not a simple swap-out. Do a search on the subject as many have done this very change and it is well documented.
