kdx200+rb carb mod=waste of money??

i have a 01 kdx 200 it has pc pipe and factory sound 304 silencer, uni filter, carbon fiber lt reeds, airbox mod,45 pilot, needle stock with clip 2nd down, 155 main, i wanted to get some more power out of the bike and i just hear people raving about the rb carb mod. i just went to their site and it costs $165 will boreing it out 1mm to a 36mm make a difference?. i here that they install a plate also whats the point and will i have to give up any top end?will this mod give me power that i will notice? do they rejet the carb for you or will i be lucky and have to do it myself?(just kidden) is it worth it please if this is a repeat please dont bite my head off i have no time to search for it please help thanx
