KICK STARTER??? help please

Hey,
I have a 1992 KDX200. The kick start swings out always. Is there any way to fix besides buying a new setup?

take it to a good weld shop they should know what to do

Yes they will know to adjust the little screw in the back of the knuckle to pre-load the spring, which pushes on the ball into the detent of the pivot.

Course you could do that yourself. . . ;)
