Hello I just got a 1989 Kawasaki kdx 200 for free off one of my buddy's ,he got a new bike ,anyways when I first got the bike it would kick over but wouldn't start ,so I decided to check the oil in the case and noticed white milky stuff in the oil (water or coolant) so I changed the case oil and now the kick starter is locked up it won't move at all ,it was fine until I changed the case oil any ideas? I'm planning on taken the motor out and rebuilding it ( I have never worked on dirt bikes) only lil stuff never done motor work ,,just wanted to know if I should check the tranny or or just rebuild the top end ,please help I'm stuck just wanted to get some tips ,ideas before I rip it apart thank you

i thought i had milky oil but on closer inspection it was more silvery than milky and turned out to be normal just clutch dust in the oil, is it just the kickstart locked up or is the engine locked up, put it in gear and see if it will bump start just to make sure the piston is free.
