Kill Button

My Kill Button stoped working like a month ago... Maybe this is a newbie question, but, where am I supposed to connect it? where am I supposed to wire it to? BTW... My bike is a 1998 Suzuki RMX....

Generally kill buttons on dirt bikes just short the input side of the coil to ground so the CDI has a current path other than to the spark plug. No spark, bike stops.

Just look along the length of the wire to see if its been cut or if the insulation has been rubbed off. Also take apart the kill button and clean the metal contacts.
