Howdy, I was wondering if anybody had any kite building skills that they could rub off on me. I am supposed to be researching kites on the internet right now, so I thought I might see if any of you guy/gals have ever built your own kite. This is a project for my geometry class, where I am to research the geometry of a kite (any type of kite), write a paper on it and the build it and see if it flys. I haven't found any good websites on kites so I thought I would ask you all. I am supposed to build this kite with my own materials, which means basically anything I can get my hands on. Any help would be great as I have never built a kite before. But I have a week to do it, so I am going to mess around with designs during my metals shop class. My teacher has just informed me that that the object is to get the kite to fly the longest. Thanks,
