Kliem Rsearch KDX Big Bore

Has any one had the Kliem (sp?) Research Big Bore 230-240 kit installed on a KDX? I have one installed by previous owner and it is getting weak. Just curious about my options with a the bore kit. Did Kliem use LA-Sleeve kit? Can't find much about them.
