Well I have been out for about a month+ as I hyperextended my right knee practicing...... I had a bad bone bruze and a compressed fractured tibia.... I have been doing physical therapy and I am cleared to start riding again! I have a race this Sunday that I am planning on making.... I rode yesterday and I feel just as fast as I was when I got hurt, but I can tell Im going to be tired as hell after moto 1 if I make it that far....... Is there any quick way to build up my endourance for Sundays race or am I just gonna have to tuff it out? And no not racing and building up endourance is not a option MOTOCROSS IS LIFE


P.S. I also need a specfic diet program if anyone can help..... I need to get in the shape I need to be in to be a serious and successful racer~!
