after about 3-4 years or sitting i finally bought a new pipe for my KTM 50 jr adventure so i could sell it. The bike has not seized or anything, turns over just fine. Went out bought a new spark plug and filters, threw in some new gas and oil...and Bam the bike wont start. Ive been kicking and puttering around with it for 2 days now and i just cant even get One Single Sound like it wants to start. It sounds like it wants to turn over but it just wont start. Any tips?

If it was the kill switch i wouldn't have spark. But anyways i took my bike over to a friends house.(he works at a Pro Shop as a Tech) after hours of kicking we decided to take the Head off and cleaned the carb, checked the reeds. We took my head off and there is a pretty big gouge in the side. So im getting a New Piston, rings, top end gaskets, and re sleeving it. Do you think .50 over is to big?
