KTM 85sx convert to big wheel?

I have a 2006 KTM 85sx and it is ther small wheel version. I was wondering if the only difference between the big wheel and the small were that actual size of the wheels. If not could someone tell me all the differences between the the two and if it is possible to convert from the 17/14 to the 19/16 wheels.

Not perfectly sure, but I believe that the 19/16 will have a longer swingarm, and different (larger) rear sprocket.
