IMO, KTM is a great company because it is small and can react to market needs quickly and produce bikes that the big 3 just can't. I'd be afraid that by letting Bajaj call the shots they would loose their flexibility. I guess I saw this coming when Bajaj got 30% ownership.

Of course on the other hand Bajaj might let them continue their direction but that's a big unknown. Who knows what technology the emerging markets will really drive.
