Kx85 clutch

Hi
just after some help!
i put my bike away fine.... took it out to use it friday let it warm up pulled the clutch stamped down and it stalled????
Brought some new friction plates and replaced these the old ones looked ok..and i have still got the same problem goes into gear and neutral ok..its as if the clutch is not there,,
everything looked ok when i changed the plates,but im far from an expert
ANY IDEAS WELCOMBE

the basket is probably wore out- did it have grooves wore in the tabs where the plates slip in?-
if so they get stuck in it and will not move in,and out right-
this will make it drag when it is pulled in,ect...

Fixed the problem today!
double checked everything was ok it was.
bumped it in second went through the box a few times with the clutch,and everything was ok.
so happy days
