My front fender is tweaked/scratched on my 97 KX 250 from a crash. I noticed the later model KX's have a newer, shaplier fender than the stock one on my 97. I like the looks of the new ones much better, and think it would make my bike look a little more modern. Does any body know if any of the newer KX fenders will fit on the 97 with little/no modification? I think it might require getting a new number plate too, since the stock one fits in/around the contours of the fender, but dont' know if the bolt holes will line up, etc. Not certain but I think ~2001 and newer have the new style fenders (wider at the end of the fender than up closer to the forks, and the tip of the fender is rounded rather than straight across.
