lem r2 2002

Hi to every one

i just bought a used lem r2 02 for
300.00

The big looks great
My buddie raced his 5 y old on it for about 1y
He said his son was saying the bike was laging in the starts
he said he messed with some screws on the out side of the clutch plate
and when he put it back
The bike would not move

I put my 3y old it

It can beraly move him around the yard
If my 8y gets on it
Goes not ware..

Now my question

Can some one point me or tell me how to set those screws back to stock..
So i can start from there
He siad the bike ran perfect
No problems until he did that

Not to sure if that is the problem or the carb?
