The Caseys store in Glasford, Illinois and the Freedom gas station at the intersection of Illinois routes 9 and 24 sold gas at $4/gal. I have sent Caseys an email every day since the gouging and I'm telling them how much money I've spent with their competitors. Oh yeah, I've got a picture of the Caseys sign listing $4.00 and $4.02 per gallon. Governor Ryan will be recieving a copy shortly.
