loctite put on tank shroud bolts

I bought my KX 85 used and someone has put loctite in the bolts going into the tank so they have the inserts spinning.
What can I do? I got one almost drilled completley out including insert. What can I do to make a new insert?

This one's been covered already in here. Go up one level from this thread and click "Search This Forum" and try entering "Tank Inserts" or similar phrases. I'd answer for you, but I haven't read those threads so I don't know what the solution was. Sorry.
