The standard Husky vintage places have only stock. The Progressive spring folks don't have a set long enough .. (or so they say )

Anyone know where to get stiffer than stock fork springs for those 80's era husqvarna forks?

What about cutting a few inches off the stock spring? Anyone try that?

On my bikes, Husky and Maico, I tested a number of different lengths of pcv pipe used as spacers with the stock springs. For my riding they seemed to tighten up the front end making is more responsive. I stopped looking for new springs. This quick fix did the trick.

Think your right. I have two sets of stockers. Ever try cutting a few inches off a spring?
