I'm not aware of any public access - free - places to ride. I'm at the point that I'd rather pay to ride because it assures me that I wont get hassled. Short of being invited to someone's private land, I'd be wary of a location where people say it's ok to ride.

mabe i will take you up and meet up with you all im from the city and i have a place in mt pocono . i use to ride in south jerzy but the cops are realy busting balls and i dont like riding chatsworth or english town . i have been ridien jack frost and trqail rideing in upstate ny
