Hey guys,
Well I dove in and bought a 2002 XR400 after 22 years without a dirt bike.
I put a new chain on it, new plug, oil change, air filter and am now out of excuses... it is time to ride.
I used to ride Marshall Creek many, MANY years ago, I guess it is now called Trophy Club.
Anyway I am looking to do a little riding this weekend and get reacquainted with a dirt bike, the dirt (hopefully not in person with my butt) and a park to ride in.
I have heard a lot of chatter about all kinda of places but mostly am looking for a safe place to ride and re-learn.
Any advice? Any places you really love? Lots of places listed on txmud website but am willing to listen to ideas or places where folks might be riding.
I live in Dallas proper so would like something within a hour or so or less if possible.
