low end port job on kx60?

Has anyone had experience with a low end port job on a kx 60? What will be the power difference/changes and how much? Is this reversible? What else would I have to change? Wondering if others who had the job done would recommend it. Was quoted a price from Eric Gorr.

Eric does great work and you can trust him. If he does a low to mid port job, you will gain just that, but will loose a little bit on top. If you do a big bore and low to mid port job you will really gain low end and it will be a much smoother power band, but again a few less RPM's up top.
