LOW Engine Compression

a Compression of 195 psi sounds high for a stock engine out side of FMF Fatty Pipe, Vforve II, torque ring on carb and manifold. Never had the head shaved..yet. At what high compression does one need to use racing (104 octane) gas. If I am at 195 PSI now what will happen when I get RB head shaved/milled? I wouldn't want to have to use racing gas at $4/gallon because of the mod.
