Macomb, IL hare scramble 4-14-02???

I noticed that the AMA magazine shows a hare scrambles in Macomb IL this weekend 4/14/02. No other magazine or web site is showing this event. Does anyone know if this race is really on or is this an error?

The Macomb hare scramble has been postponed. I can't remember the new date, I have a flier at home, I'll post later with the date.

Any idea how far Macomb is from St Louis? Is this a D17 race? I'd sure love to make it over there and give it a shot. Any and all info will be appreciated.

Macomb is a D17 race. It would appear to be 2 1/2 to 3 hours from St. Louis. You would have to travel the two lane highways as opposed to the interstates. If 3 hours is not too much of a drive, the Canton M/C will hold a hare scramble on April 28th near Glasford. We are going to lay it out this weekend, will report more later.
