I broke an aluminum grommet while installing a pair of Maier Universal XC Pro handguards. I called them to get a replacement. I talked to a real person (Chris) on the phone. I did not get put on hold. I did not have to leave a message in a voice mailbox. Chris said he would send all the hardware, just to be sure I got the right part. No charge. No questions asked.

Treating the customer as you would expect to be treated. What a concept.
