I'm just wondering what you guys think about this choice.
Has anyone else done this? Have you noticed and pro's / con's?

Just trying to figure out if this is the way I should go. Since I'm a college student and don't have the money really to spend $5000 on a new enduro.

Any advice also? Would this be able to drive on the highway? would I need any performance mods?

Thanks for any help.

it's probably possible, since Honda makes a "supermoto" version

They also make a CRF230L.

Probably easier to go the Trick Dual Sports, Baja Designs, or other aftermmarket kit route.

Lots of good write-ups on the CRF230L out there.

We've done a couple CRF 230s now.
They come out really nice with the Baja Designs kit and the mini-stalk LED turn signals.
Works with your stock stator too.
$429 plus the LED upgrade isn't cheap, but is definately less than another bike
