My 01' RM250 was new last spring and has less than 15 hours on it. The clutch has been weird since new. It doesn't have a smooth/progressive let out. It remains engaged until the lever is completely out and kinda dumps the last half inch of disengagment. It's always done it and I was wondering if the aftermarket baskets cure this problem. It's hard to let it out without stalling sometimes and I have a flywheel weight and Eric Gorr low end porting. Will the basket or a magura hydro clutch cure this? I don't like wasting a bunch of money on this stuff because I see it as a discount on the EFM autoclutch. I like manual operation of the clutch still but I'm not one to experiment with hard earned money. Just curious what he hinson has done for other folks. Thanks for any help.
