I need to thank Dirt Week 03 for the incentive to "try" to get in shape. So far it's worked. Workout 40 minutes 5 days a week and watch what I eat. Since June 1st. I've lost 20lbs and feel better than I have in years. Just one more thing good about going to DW. :yeehaw:
Of course I can't ride any better (yet) :confused:

That's the best mod you can add to (or take away from) your bike for HP gains!

uhh, yeah me too. I've cut back to a pack a day on cigarettes and only drink a sixer of daddy pops every other day. :thumb: I should be lookin' damn good by the beginning of Oct. :)

Chris your going about this all wrong!! You never want to cut back on the daddy pops before DirtWeek otherwise you wont be able to keep up with the pro's. Dont want to miss the late night activities by passing out too early. ;) You never know those Californian might try to fornicate you! :eek:
