Motorcycle deduction

Has anyone read anything definitive regarding the proposed deduction for purchasing a new motorcycle? I know you can deduct a new car as part of the stimulus package, and I know there was talk of extending that to bikes, but I haven't seen anything definitive. The AMA's website has some info about the proposal, but not if it was a done deal.

Could help justify that new orange bike I have my eye on... :ride:

Okay, met with my accountant tonight, (and raped is an understatement....). The word is that if you buy a new bike the sales tax is deductible, not the bike itself. I'm not sure if that's going to help me. :bang:
