MSR SystemX vented pants

How well do they vent and do they hold up very well? I heard some vented pants are not very durable.

I just got a pair and have only been on one ride with them, so I cant comment on the durability, but man, it feels like Im not wearing anything. They vent really well. I just want to test them out in the heat of the summer.

Hey fatty-k do you wear knee braces? I'm liking the looks of the systemX, but wonder if they are roomy enough for the braces? thanks:)

No, I dont. But there looks to be quite a bit of room in the knee area, even with my knee pads on.

The only problem with the pants (as with all the others), is the inner liner tearing. But who cares about that inside stuff anyways? Great pants. Had my System X vented gear for about a year, and for being worn dang near every weekend, they hold up excelent. You won't have any gripes.
