I've been wondering for awhile what skill level the majority of DRN'ers ride at. We (the DRN population) are above average with our respect to mechanically ability and general knowledge about topics relating to our sport. I've intentionally left out age group classes, so if you ride one of those, where would you race if no age class were offered? It would also be nice if you posted how long it has taken you to reach that level.
I checked that I'm a C class rider. On a good day, I could probably do alright in the B class, but for the most part I suck a lot more on race day than I do when I'm practicing. I've been riding for 4 years with a majority of riding time accumulating in the past 6 months. I really haven't been serious about riding and practicing technique up untill last fall.
