Handlebars, are pretty much standard. Any 7/8" handlebar will fit in your 7/8" mounts. Renthal CR High Bend bars are popular and less than $100. Pro taper bars are 1 1/8" at the mount, so they require a universal mount that you can adapt to your stock mounts or a whole new triple clamp. Tag makes nice bars also, I think theirs comes with the mounts to adapt to the standard 7/8" mounts. I have a pair of Renthals on an XR650R I just bought, first time I've ever used anything but stock, and I really like the feel of them, I'm pretty sure they are CR Highs. Check out bajadesigns.com, in their handlebar section (at the end) they have adapters that bring your mount up 1" and forward 1" or 1.5" at the same time, slap you some Renthals in and you would be good to go.
