Need help on fuel and mix ratio on 250r?

Sorry this is about an atc, but you guys are usually the smartest.

I have a 86 honda atc 250r 3-wheelier with the following mods:

310 big bore kit (175 compression)
K&N air filter
paul turner exhaust
answer silencer

What should I run for oil and at what ratio?
What octane of fuel should I run.
What weight of tranny oil.

32:1 premix ratio will work fine, you'll have to test to find out what octane it requires and what weight trans oil works best.
