needle question

can moving your clip one position on a 01 220 stock needle make the difference between fouling plugs and not fouling ????

This would depend on a several things..

1st which way the clip is moved.
2nd where in the throttle position the plug gets fouled.
does the plug get fouled at the WOT position, 1/2 throttle???
3rd curent jetting and riding conditions
4th Mods on bike.
5th Heat range of plug.
6th oil ratio

Need to know this first.

sorry guys its a 01 220 air box drilled carbon reeds dyno port pipe and silencer big volume pipe main 145 pilot 40 as 1 turn temp 70 elev 800ft Iam not sure when the plug fouls I would say 1/4 to 5. in tight stuff or just playing at slow speed if I ride the bike hard it is fine soon as I start play riding she fouls all this started after the pipe and reeds mod I tryed moving the clip,also a 140 to lean 142 still to lean I am at a loss ?? any help
