new adds to yz 250

I ride a 2000 yz 250, mainly trail riding. I just ordered a FMF "Q' silencer/spark arrestor and am thinking of adding a 9oz flywheel wt(I'm 250 lbs). Any other suggestions for mainly a play/trail bike, and will it still run on a track if I decide to run it on one. How much is this going to take from the low end, wouldnt mind losing a little on the power hit. I'm just getting back in the dirt so need lot's of practice.

I believe the FWW's for your bike are bolt on. You can remove the weight easily before going to the track, or put it on for the trail. You will probably get used to it and adapt.
