YZ 250 loseing gearbox oil

My 2001 yz 250 is loseing gearbox oil at the rate of about 250 cc in 5-6 hours of hard riding the only thing i can think of is that it is burning it beacause it still runs awsome but looks like it is running rich and is completly saturating my new silencer packing in only about 10 hours of riding any suggestions or how to fix would be appriciated.

clutch side crank seal is shot.

If you have a service manual, it should detail how to replace the seal. If you don't, get one.

Thanks do you know if that is a real tuff job seems pretty simple to me.

It might be pretty hard for someone who has no mechanical ability, but for someone who knows a few things, it should be pretty simple.
