After a long stretch of riding on the street (600RR), I am switching over to dirt, and picked up a '06 CRF450R the other day. I haven't ridden on the dirt in a while, but after a lot of pressure from people I work with I am starting again. I've got a lot of learning to do, so will probably be spending a lot of time around here. I would appreciate any tips or pointers that you all might have. Thanks.

i have your problem to. I havent been on a dirtbike in a while but i just picked up a bike. Make sure you stay relaxed. You never want to put a death grip because you will end up trying to hard and you will fall. Always grip with your legs and knees. Let the bike do its thing if it starts to woble it will correct it self so don't try to correct or you will eat krap!!!! Remeber to just have fun........
Nice bike by the way:)
