Hey guys! I've been reading this site for a couple years and finally thought about getting back into riding. Plan on purchasing a new KDX 200. Best price so far is $3950. Live in Detroit, MI area. What do you think? Thanks

I just purchased a new '03 200 3 weeks ago for $3429 out the door + tax and 6 months 0% financing. The list is $3999 and there is a $300 rebate on the bike right now. Keep looking!

I'd recommend buying a used bike that already has the needed hop-ups. I just picked up a 2000 220 for a freind off e b a y. $2250. New tires, excel rims, ported, 36mm carb, full FMF, fresh matching graphics/seat cover, new bearings/zirc'd, revalved/resprung susp, full devol guards....Basically there is no hops left to buy!! I'd never buy a new/stock bike. Someone elses loss is always your gain as hop-ups have no resale value. Just my 2c.

I recently saw a 2001 KDX200 for sale in the paper for $2200.00 but I don't know it's history. The bike was in NH.

It was probably a super deal.
