New Member: with a CR500

back in the saddle again

hey all me & my 2 sons just got 3 bikes ..........my 12 year old got a 2006 kx 100 little screamer......my 22 year old got a 2000 cr 250 we added a fmf pipe& silencer 7 JETTED IT .......MAN THAT BABY ROCKS & i got a cr 500 ,i tore it down & put a 90 mm fresh bore with weisco piston,boysen reed pack, jetted the kehin flatslide carb,ignition system,fmf gnarly gold pipe & dg silencer, man there just as bad as they were 30 yrs ago, we are looking for some good trail & tracks in north florida any help would be appreciated greatly.....................

hey new here looks real cool ,old timer looking for some help with a cr 500,new top end,90 mm weisco in fresh bore,new boysen reed pack ,new kehin flat slide carb, new ignition system,split the case & resealed complete engine, all seals, inspected case well,have to push start it,smokes heavy when runnin smells like crankcase oil burnin, wont rev up runs like choke on or ??? any ideas out there???ridin for almost 40 yrs aint seen one like this????

i love mine- there sweet- but need a wide ratio tranny
