250R Build-Up

I recently got my first dirtbike... been riding for a while on street bikes but decided I'd give sand a try. The cylinder was bad on the bike I bought so I figured that I would bore it out to 288cc's. I also had the machine shop do a port and polishing on it. After doing this I replaced the factory exhaust with FMF. Any information on jetting would be greatly appreciated... this is my first 2 stroke and I have no idea how to factor in altitude as well as the added performance mods that I have made.
