New place in NE Texas to ride

I talked to a man who is in on this but I don't have all the details yet. I was told that it is 2400 acres and they are going to try to have it open by the end of May and they should have their website up soon. All but about 100 acres is woods. No prices yet but he did say they would be open on the weekends at least for now. Maybe open during the week at a later time. The place is approximately 15 miles South of Paris, TX on the Sulfur river. I'll give more info and the web address when it is available. :)

The guy I talked to is the son in law of the people who own it. He did tell me that they had a dozer come out and dig a 8 acre pond for the 4 wheelers (yuck) :p to play in. He also told me that they will have concessions on the weekend so we'll see if that actually happens. Hopefully it won't be to long......
