hey guys. have been reading the forum for a bit now and finally am getting serious enough to start searching for a bike! thanks for any advice you can give!
1) your physical size (both height and weight are important)
6'1 175
2) How physical / aggressive are you ?
fairly aggressive if i am comfortable and confident but very cautious until then.
3) what do you plan to ride- MX/SX tracks, woods, fields with friends or ?????
yes
4) Do you have any riding experience?
very little but i used to race Karts and also own quads
5) Do you think you will race ?
hopefully
6) Are you mechanically inclined and will you be doing your own bike work?
very mechanically inclined and will be doing all of the work myself
7) Do YOU have a preferance to a brand/ motor choice (2 or 4 stroke)?
nope
8) Do you have a dealer close by your home that you might use and what brand(s) does he carry?
all close by but i will be buying used
9) How much ($) do you plan to spend on a bike?
under 2k
10) Do you live in California?
nope, texas

12) anything else that you think would help form an opinion
i am a college student so cost is very high on the priority list! i have lots of exp with 125cc motors so very interested in those. (125cc shifter karts are what i used to race) i am open to all suggestions, not one of those guys who needs the huge motors for bragging rights.
