Welcome to the site
Be sure and go to your User CP and update information relating to your location, type of riding, etc. After that grab a spot on the couch and tell us a bit about yourself. How long you have been riding, what kind of riding you prefer, where you are located, etc. We will do our best to hook you up with some fellow dirt bike enthusiasts. We have a small group of folks in the southern part of Florida, but they are not really organized.
Regarding your questions:

As far as info on track design, the layouts of the various supercross tracks are available on line, but I would not recommend them as a starting point for a personal track. I would suggest that you search the site for track design and see what pops up. Another idea, if that one comes up empty is to start a new thread in the
General & Off-Topic Discussions forum. We have a number of members on the site with personal tracks and a few public track owners as well. I am sure you will get losts of comments. My one comment would be to make sure all jumps are table tops for safety.
Check out the
Southern Spodes forum for opportunities to hook up with fellow DRNers just to your north.
Again, welcome to the site and shout if you have any questions!
