newb goin to meunster..

:cool: I'm a total newb to riding...I recently bought a new KX125 with a buddy of mine and we are planning on going out to meunster on the weekend of Oct. 14-16. Anyone else going that weekend? If so...we would love anyone who could show us the ropes out there or just give us some general riding tips... :cool:

Also, do any of you guys ride on the trails out on 360 and trinity?

Have fun at Muenster, it's a blast. If at all possible try and find someone who knows their way around out there. You CAN get lost out there pretty easily.

Is 360 open again? I used to ride Trials out there years ago but I thought they shut it off to off road riding?

ya 360 is still open, in fact someone built 4 ramps in the middle of the trails...but ya we go out there almost every weekend or whenever we can.

how/where do you go to get into 360? i have seen it, but always thought it was illegal to ride there...

oh - one thing regarding muenster - always top off your gas tank before heading out. :-) be safe and have fun...

nope its definately not illegal....the best way to get there is to get on 157 and turn onto calloway cemetary rd. follow it down about 1 mile (you'll go over some train tracks) and your there. Theres a small track area when you first get there...but if you drive down the street about 50 yards and turn onto a trail that runs next to the railroad, it will lead to a rather large maze of trails and if you explore a little you will find the ramps. There are ussually quite a few people out there. If you ever head out that way let me know and we might be going too. Oh, and one other thing, if all that sounds too complicated...theres actually a place you can pull off on the shoulder of 360 by trinity Blvd. that is in the middle of the trails.
