Well,
At the end of October I had Magics in Shelby Township rebuild my RM250 crank. They send out all of the work... I took this crank to MCR and had the whole motor rebuilt. Whoever did the crank work for Magics pressed it to tight and it wasn't true.. So I paid $160 for a crank rebuilt in the end. I confronted the guys today as I have $40 worth of oil and plugs on the counter and they gave me the run around.. They said I should have brought it in for them to look at, ok, this would do no good without a feeler gage and jig ( doubtful a retail store would have these).. Then the kid goes on to bad mouth Matt Crown, saying that he made it all up to take more money from me... Looks like I will no longer be buying from them anymore, which is poor considering I've gone to them for more than 10 years..
I also purchased some Primary Drive sprockets from Rocky Mountain MC..
The rear was warped and I sent it back no hassel.. I went to put the front on a few days ago... No way in hell is this for a 2003 RM250... The chick wanted to argue will me, because the package says it will fit.. Now, she wants me to send them back on my dime and they will issue a credit...
The only good thing that has gone well was with Carhartt.. I bought a one piece from Contractors Clothing in Madison Heights.. The day before Thanksgiving... A few days ago the left leg zipper broke.. Contractors wanted nothing to do with it other than sent it back to Carhartt and it takes 4 weeks for a zipper repair.. The agent I spoke with said that was unacceptable and had me a new garment from contractors the next day...
Happy new year everyone
