Well, the weather was great and the dirt was awsome. We got out there Thurs around 4pm so we could avoid the muddy areas in the motorhome. tntmo made it in around 7pm and we sat around the campfire for a couple of hours before hitting the hay. On fri. morning Jack, showed up so me, Jr. and Jack took a morning loop to the artisian well and gas domes. when we got back others had started showing up like miguelrito, tink, and others. on our second loop to the pumpkin patch Jr got a flat front so his bike washout and he ended up doing a superman into a mud puddle. I didn't see it but couldn't help from laughing when I saw the results. He said his foot hurt and with the flat front we turne and heading back to camp while the others continued on. The next day his foot was still hurting so we had to cut tha trip short so I could get him some x-rays. turns out he broke a bone in his foot and they put a temporary cast on it until the sweeling goes down. Mon. he should get the real one. So he's going to be out of service for a while. I told him that he has got all his broken bones out of the way in 2004, so now he doesn't have to worry in 2005. I hope everyone else had a good time anything else exciting happen after I left.

I'm glad that Fish, Tonya, and Wyatt are OK, but how unfortunate about the toy hauler. We certainly missed having you guys out there!

What a great weekend! I think the potentially bad weather scared a lot of people away - it was less crowded than Halloween. It was really great to meet the TNTmo crew, and as always fun to hang with FNG and gang - Conner is KICKING BUTT! There's no way I can keep up with him now, but hopefully he'll keep teaching me his tricks.

No major crashes for me - I made it up some big hills without rolling down them, so I'm happy with myself. I finally fouled a spark plug (first one since I bought the bike). But after replacing it (thanks TNT), the bike ran beautifully.

That's all from my end. Can't wait to do it some more! Thanks for a great weekend everyone. :)

I had thought about going on this ride, but instead took my 16 year old out to Pismo Beach for a little ride.

Within one hour, I broke my right foot after running into a quad. Surgery next Monday for the pins / plates / screws.

SUCKS!!

no race, just riding the dunes with my son on a busy weekend.

I normally will not ride the busy holiday weekends. Think I'll just stick to motocross, where I feel safer.
