OEM seat foam

Has anyone ever replaced just the seat foam? I recently bought a bike that has the seat foam whittled down to nothing. I have located replacement seats, but no luck with just the foam. Any info would be greatly appreciated. :) s

I believe Rocky Mountain and Dennis Kirk and Bob's cycle sells just the seat foam.
