oil or something leaking onto crank case?

my problem now is that i finally got the bike running after cleaning the carb,it starts first kick and runs okay i guess but when i take it out for 5-10 mins and come back the bike cuts out when im parking it and wont start back up unless i let it sit for bit,and when i come back it looks like a little bit of oil on my crank case i think next to where the throttle cable is

well you said by the throttle where by the throttle? it could be a leaky seal? correct me if im wrong guys

A small amount of oil, enough to make a film on the crankcase, doesnt mean much. Its hard to know how much oil is there without seeing it.

anybody know why my bike wont start back up after taking it out for a ride? like i said i have to let my bike sit for a bit than it would start back up first kick
