I (we) have discovered on our recent moto-outings that some of the best-tasting and easiest things you can eat are fried chicken and pizza. If you buy (or prepare) in bulk at the beginning of the week, the above mentioned items are great to eat hot or cold. Just take what you want out of the cooler-no preparation neccessary. I'm not saying that should be done instead of meals that you are planning, there is better food to be had, but for a quick snack or breakfast, it works. Just a thought...
