hey guys i know this off topic but i had a quick question. My friend says that you dont need to use the clutch to shift on your bike. Is this true. I havnt done it yet but i was just wondering if this was true casue if so then it seems like a little easier to go faster. plz reply if posible.

Yep, do a seach. But to make things fast; no you dont need to use the clutch. Wont really "hurt" anything, but certainly DOES wear parts out faster. Doing it occasionally, or during a race wont hurt it.

I really dont seem to save much time NOT using the clutch so I usually use it. Its nice being able to control how the power comes on too if I am shifting pulling a hill or something ...
