Ok.. WTF!!

I was minding my own business tonight, watching football and drinking beer.. Well, after the game, I came up to the computer and fired up my browser and started reading my favorite news website...

A friend sent me a link to a funny video, so I clicked on it. About 20 seconds into the video a dialog popped up on my monitor, saying I had a PM from someone on DRN... HUH??? I hadn't been on DRN for at least several hours today.

Needless to say, it freaked me out a bit.

This I know for sure. I left the house at 6:30 pm to go eat, I came home and didn't touch the computer until 11:30 or so. When I left at 6:30, I left my browser open with a page about "Stupid Tech Support", not DRN. I clicked the link, then get the PM popup. The PM was sent to me at 8:55 pm.

Anyone know why this might have happened??

I didn't receive the message until at least 3 hours after I had last touched my computer, and about 6 hours after I had last visited DRN.
